When setting out for a walk, its important to have the correct footwear onIncorrect footwear or poorly fitting shoes can cause blisters and on a long walk these can be painful.
You may be lucky and find a passing Coastguard vehicle for a plaster.....(AND NO IT WASN'T ME!)

It was my missus' feet not mine. I'm a roughty toughty Coastguard.
