Washed up sea birds

Yesterday saw some sea birds wash ashore in Swanage covered in an oily substance.

Further incidents were reported on the Isle of Wight.

This one was successfully picked up and cleaned and will be cared for before being released.

The substance is being investigated by the Coastguard , any reports of pollution should be notified to the Coastguard via 999.
