Are they the same beach huts you normally show in your slip watch? If so I don't think whoever owns them is going to get access anytime soon. Especially the one that has been completely submerged by the mud.

Hi, Great photos. I used to stay at the Pines Hotel in the 1970s when I was a child. Noticed the scaffolding on the building- is the hotel subsiding, or just having a makeover? Hope it's ok.
Believe the scaffolding is 'routine'. I suspect you'd see a few changes in Swanage since the 1970s, plus of course a few things that haven't changed a bit!
